Youth Sailing Programs
Independence, teamwork,
self-esteem, science, environmental stewardship, unplugged outdoor play and a passion for sailing. These are the goals of our Summer Sailing Camps!
In our Durango Summer Camp, kids learn to sail with top-notch ASA certified instructors. Classes begin with dockside instruction before hands-on training on the water. Our Junior Camp Leaders and Interns encourage beginner sailors and help grow their leadership skills. Students quickly develop an understanding of how to handle a sailboat and are soon solo sailing and crewing.

Colorado’s dynamic climate and unique topography make sailing an exciting adventure. In just one day of lake sailing you can experience more active sailing than in an entire month on the ocean. Our skippers are well-trained in the unique mountain conditions of the southwest and can guide your sailing experience to suit your specific training goals or ideal charter conditions… whether they be on an inland body of water or the open ocean!
